Course Description

Introduction to the French language with emphasis on acquiring basic vocabulary and grammar structures for daily interactions in a variety of settings. An immersive experience to gain introductory proficiency and basic reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Topics may include talking about family, school, food, sports, the weather, and parties.

Basic Enrollment Requirements:

Academic Year (Fall/Spring): Unofficial Transcript – High School Diploma or current high school transcript (for high school students only in applicable classes), Bachelor’s Degree, or progress towards a Bachelor’s Degree + 3.0 GPA.

Summer: None.
