Course Description

Storage and organization of technical building information using Building Information Modeling (BIM).  Use of geometric visualization, rendering, animation, walkthrough, and construction sequencing to gain efficiencies in 3D design review and construction management. Applications in constructability and coordination of civil structures.  Laboratory experiences using industry standard software. Recommended: ES 18.

Basic Enrollment Requirements: Unofficial Transcript – Bachelor’s Degree or progress towards a Bachelor’s Degree + 3.0 GPA.
