Course Description

University College, the center for Lifelong Learning at Tufts University, is hosting a two part workshop series, to help those planning for retirement access resources and networking opportunities to support themselves and create a fulfilling life after full-time employment.

Each of the 2 workshops will feature award-winning Tufts faculty and staff either as facilitators or speakers that will highlight the research being done on each of these important topics. Each workshop will allow time for Q&A and networking amongst students and facilitators. 

Age Well, Live Well: Strategies for Healthy Aging Through Nutrition and Movement
Join us for an engaging and informative workshop that will empower you to take control of your health and well-being as you journey towards retirement and beyond. "Age Well, Live Well" will enable participants to explore the pivotal role of nutrition and physical activity in achieving a vibrant and active life in your golden years. As we age, the choices we make regarding our diet and exercise become increasingly crucial in maintaining a high quality of life.
