Course Description

Builds on skills acquired in FR 1. Interactive language use in situations, such as making vacation plans, going to the doctor, or ordering in a restaurant. Expansion of cultural knowledge based on discussion of various Francophone locations. A comprehensive foundation with opportunities to practice
writing, reading, listening, and speaking. Weekly recitations required. Recommendations: FR 1 or instructor permission.

Basic Enrollment Requirements:

Academic Year (Fall/Spring): Unofficial Transcript – High School Diploma or current high school transcript (for high school students only in applicable classes), Bachelor’s Degree, or progress towards a Bachelor’s Degree + 3.0 GPA.

Summer: None.
