Course Description

This seminar will hone the negotiation skills and analytic capabilities of seasoned practitioners, to help them to achieve more effective outcomes in their internal and external negotiations. The focus of the course will be on enhancing the practitioner’s personal capabilities in dealing with disputes, including more effective mapping of and preparation for negotiations, deeper conflict analysis, and more nuanced communication and listening skills. Participants will achieve this by the systematic introduction of specific negotiation tools, as well as through simulation practice and analysis of real-life cases.
